3. Payments and Cancellations

Payment Terms: Full payment is required 7 days before the scheduled event or as agreed upon in your contract. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your invoice.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.
